General conditions

Deliveries are made according to IML-2000, and the amendments listed in the quote/orderconfirmation(applicable to approved oem/cem customers only)
Standard payment terms are t/t in advance, if not other agreed in writing(applicable to approved oem/cem customers only)
Eurodis has only arranged transport insurance for customers if Eurodis has confirmed in writing that it has done so
Traceability will be limited if not other stated
All orders are Non-cancellable, unapproved cancellation will close the customer's account instantly
Functional warranty: 30 days fit, form and function, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Eurodis is not responsible for any financial damages resulting from operational problems with any end products caused by components delivered by Eurodis
Eurodis does not accept any involvement of third-party actors, except for approved test houses. Should this happen, the customer's account will be terminated
RMA policy
By placing an order the purchaser accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by the said "General conditions" contained herein
These conditions supercedes any other condition as might be noted in documents, such as customer purchase orders, if not otherwise agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Eurodis
